Arctic Wait

Arctic Wait.  Part of a series Don painted of ice breaker boats towards the end of his career in the mid 2000s.  .  With his mastery in watercolor he captures the harsh ice and cold of the arctic circle.  The only hit of color is the lone boat.  This painting has very high contrast and works well in both well and dimly lit rooms.
